EVIDENCE-BASED EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Why menopause care matters?
When symptoms impact sleep, mood, concentration, sexual health, weight, and work, women need more than a quick reassurance that this is “normal”.
You need clinicians who understand menopause, you need enough time to be heard, and access to coordinated support when nutrition or psychotherapy is part of the care plan.
